If you are feeling overwhelmed, depressed, anxious, worried, worthless, hopeless and helpless, therapy can help. I can help you gain insight, provide support and guidance and empower you with tools that help guide you in coping with your feelings and/or thoughts. My goal is to assist you in finding your own solutions to your life challenges. I am Bilingual English/Spanish and can provide sessions in Spanish.
My approach is non-judgmental and accepting allowing the client to process their thoughts and feelings in a safe and caring environment. I strive to work with clients in exploring and identifying the best positive solutions to challenges. I am a Certified Anger Management Specialist and offer Court-Ordered Anger Management sessions.
